• Ready-to-ship products are processed within 2–4 working days.
• Custom, made-to-order, or bridal pieces may take 10–25 working days, depending on the design and level of craftsmanship involved.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with order details and processing timelines.
Shipping Within India
We offer secure and reliable shipping across India.
• Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days after dispatch
• Shipping partners: Trusted courier services to ensure safe handling
• All shipments are fully packed and sealed with protective packaging
In most cases, shipping within India is complimentary, unless specified otherwise at checkout.
International Shipping

• Delivery timeline: 7–12 working days after dispatch
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight
• Orders are shipped via reputed international courier partners
